Kellie Bolton is an Ojai-based artist currently working in Encaustic, an ancient medium incorporating oils with wax and crystals. Bolton has worked with wax as a medium since her early childhood due to her father's influence as a beekeeper.  

 

Her work has developed over the years into creating abstract ethereal forms derived from the environment. She has exhibited nationally, recognized by collectors and colleagues for her signature skill and authentic approach to the encaustic medium.
